Taylor Swift Sealed Photo Shows Her Being Groped, Alleges Court Filing

Gary Miller/FilmMagicNot long ago, a U.S. district court judge agreed to seal a photo in Taylor Swift‘s civil action against deejay David Mueller — he sued her for slander, and she claims he assaulted her.  A description of that photo has now been revealed in court documents, and the photo is said to show Mueller groping the star’s behind and smiling.

As the Denver Post reports, Judge William J. Martinez sealed the photo on the basis that “widespread media dissemination of this image might significantly complicate jury selection,” but he denied a motion to seal a description of the picture in question.  Lawyers for Taylor, her mom and Frank Bell, her radio promotions director, spilled the beans on Monday in a reply to Mueller’s slander suit.

The Denver Post reports that according to a court filing on behalf of Taylor, her mom, and Bell, among others, which you can read on the paper’s website, the photo shows “Mueller with his hand in an inappropriate place and a grin on his face.”  The document also states that Mueller groped Taylor’s “bottom,” and restates a previous claim that he lifted Taylor’s skirt before he grabbed her.

“The image depicted in the photograph of Ms. Swift with … Mueller speaks for itself,” states the document claims.

Mueller originally sued Taylor for slander in September of 2015, claiming he lost his job after he was falsely accused of groping her backstage at a 2013 concert.  Mueller claims a colleague did the groping.  In October of 2015, Taylor filed a counterclaim, accusing him of assaulting her.

In the court filing, Bell claims that he described the photo to Mueller’s boss, and also sent the boss a copy of the photo.
