The singer recounted the story of how Ellen sent him a video of her singing the wrong words to his hit song from the movie Trolls. “My favorite was you’re like, ‘Just electric, just electric, just electric,’” Justin explained, mimicking how Ellen sang it. “I was like, ‘That’s not the words.’”
While Ellen insisted those were the words, Justin corrected her, “It pretty clearly says, ‘Just imagine.’”
Aside from that hilarious exchange, the singer also chatted about his 18-month-old son, Silas. He said Silas is already showing some musical talents. He dances around the house and can sing all the words to “Can’t Stop the Feeling!”
“He’s pretty rad,” Justin said. “He’s kinda smart, you guys.”
Justin’s movie, Trolls, is out today.
