The Chainsmokers, Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande & More React to Grammy Nominations

Taso PapadakisThe nominations for the 59th Annual Grammy Awards are officially in, and now the lucky artists who scored nods are reacting to the news. They took to Twitter to express their excitement:

The Chainsmokers: “So honored and grateful! Thank you Grammys for these nominations this is the best news ever! Honestly can’t believe it 🙂 We were in line at dunkin donuts and high fived everyone in the store.”

Demi Lovato: “Woke up to the most amazing news EVER!!!!!!! Wow… thank you SO MUCH to @RecordingAcad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” #GrammyNominations

Kelly Clarkson: “SO EXCITING!! Can’t believe it?! So honored to be nominated with such a talented group of artists”

Ariana Grande: “crying. what an absolute blessing to be recognized for dangerous woman this way. thank you for the nominations @RecordingAcad”

Lukas Graham: “Ok. So 3 Grammy nominations!…Tight hugs to everyone involved & drinks on me #Blessed #TeamGraham”

There were also congratulations being tweeted from one artist to another. DNCE congratulated Demi Lovato, writing, “CONGRATS TO OUR SISTER @ddlovato ON YOUR GRAMMY NOM!!!!! YEAH!!!”

And Hayley Williams from Paramore tweeted, “I’m so happy for @twentyonepilots! Josh & Tyler, y’all have been my fav ppl to watch come up/take over. Can’t wait to watch u win Grammy(s).”

The Grammy Awards, hosted by James Corden, air February 12 on CBS.
