Madonna Hitches a Ride with James Corden in the Next “Carpool Karaoke”

James Devaney/GC ImagesMadonna will be riding shotgun with James Corden in the next installment of his popular Late Late Show segment, “Carpool Karaoke,” cruising the streets of the Big Apple.

On Monday, the 58-year-old singer posted a photo of her and Corden posing cheek-to cheek on Instagram, captioned, “Riding around Manhattan with this Hunk of Burning Love @latelateshow carpool karaoke.”

Some of Corden’s past riders include Adele, One Direction, Selena Gomez, Stevie Wonder, Rod Stewart, Mariah Carey, Britney Spears, Michelle Obama and, most recently, Lady Gaga. Adele’s segment has racked up more than 129 million hits on YouTube and stands as the show’s most popular to date.

An air date for Madonna’s “Carpool Karaoke” segment has yet to be announced.

The  Material Girl’s Rebel Heart tour film Madonna: Rebel Heart Tour premieres December 9 on Showtime.  It’ll feature behind-the-scenes footage and performances from the final leg of her 55-city tour in Australia back in March. Her 82 shows grossed over $100 million.

The Late Late Show airs weeknights at 12:37 a.m. ET on CBS.
