Dick Clark ProductionsThe national TV debut of “Don’t Wanna Know,” Maroon 5’s latest single, will take place on the American Music Awards later this month. Joining Adam Levine and company to perform it will be rapper Kendrick Lamar.
The performance will serve as the finale of the awards show, which airs on ABC-TV November 20.
This will be the fourth time Maroon 5 has performed at the AMAs; their last time was 2011, when they teamed up with Christina Aguilera to do “Moves Like Jagger.” This will be Kendrick Lamar’s second time on the show; he made a big impression in 2013 when he performed a medley of “Swimming Pools (Drank)” and “Poetic Justice.”
Gigi Hadid and Jay Pharoah will host the AMAs, which will also feature performances from Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, Shawn Mendes, James Bay, Green Day, John Legend, Twenty One Pilots, The Weeknd and many more.
